Gelato Pro 2500 SP is one of the most compact professional ice cream makers on the market.
In small spaces you can process ice cream in 15-20 minutes, up to1000 g. both in the 18/10 stainless steel fixed bowl and in the stainless steel removable bowl, equipped with handle for an easy removal. After the removal of the removable bowl, you can prepare another cycle in the fixed bowl. The machine can be used continuously and it allows to obtain more flavours in a short space of time. The removable bowl can be store in the freezer for a great preservation.
The ice cream maker motor is equpped with an automatic reset thermostat. The electronic density control stops the paddle when the ice cream is ready. The blade is made of stainless steel with removable scrapers to ensure hygiene and strenght.
The refrigeration and blending systems are designed for long work cycles.
