Functions Functions of the oven Autopulizia via Vaporclean function Ventilated cooking + steam The heat generated by the ventilation heater and the fans is continually supported by steam. The flow of steam can be adjusted on low, medium or high. This mode is suitable for cooking puff pastry, leavened cakes, bread, pizza, roast meat and fish. Ventilated cooking eco Eco ventilated cooking uses the optimized heating system to save energy during cooking. The cooking times increase slightly leaving the results unchanged.
